Corrective Reading Program (CReaP) for non-readers in every regular class. Moonwalk National High School makes use of the SRA (Science Reasearch Associates) CReaP. This program aims to help the identified struggling and poor readers of Grade VII students enhance their written and oral communication skills, utilize critical thinking, and allow students to experience success in reading and become independent, fluent readers and better learners. It is designed to provide struggling/ poor readers activities, lessons and practices necessary for them to become skilled, fluent, independent readers and better learners.
The program focuses on two important things: Learning to Read (Decoding) and Reading to Learn (Comprehension).
